Event date & time (to check availability + plan setup), Event location – Must be secured before booking is finalized, Type of event (baby shower, birthday, grand opening, etc.), Preferred color scheme or theme, What you're interested in (columns, garland, arch, backdrop, etc.), Add-ons (vinyl lettering, signage, faux florals, clouds, etc.), Indoor or outdoor install, Inspiration photos or links, Your estimated budget (optional but helpful!)

📌 Please Note: Your event location must be confirmed and secured prior to booking. This helps ensure a smooth delivery, setup, and timeline for your install.

🕒 Late Fee: A minimum of 2 weeks’ notice is required for all balloon orders. Orders placed with less than 14 days’ notice may be subject to a $50 late booking fee.

✨ This fee covers the additional time, expedited supply ordering, and scheduling adjustments required to accommodate last-minute requests without compromising quality or service.
